After payment the credits do not appear in PamFax

The most common asked question is why after buying PamFax credit these are not visible in PamFax. This only effects payments done with Skype Credit and are related to a technical issue with Skype where PamFax sometimes does not receive the updated credit amount.

However, in PamFax we built a solution for this. Please view the FAQ entry on how to fix this issue here.
