Selecting files

PamFax offers an easy way to select files you want to fax. A lot of file types are supported (like *.doc, *.xls, ...). PamFax even supports the Microsoft Office 2007 document formats.

Windows Integration

PamFax perfectly integrates into Windows and Microsoft Office (2003 and 2007). In Windows Explorer, you can fax any supported document from the context menu of the file. A PamFax toolbar button is added to Microsoft Office to directly fax the current document from Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel (2003/2007).

Entering recipients

You may send faxes to one or multiple recipients. You can easily choose from the last 10 recipients.

Even sending to a list of recipients is very easy with PamFax: just copy and paste any list of recipients into the multiple-recipients-list of PamFax:

To see where the recipient of the fax is located, you can open Google Maps directly from PamFax.

Selecting a cover page

PamFax can add a cover page to your fax containing sender, recipient and other data. If you choose to add a cover page, you may enter a message too. Even sending only a cover page with a message is possible.

Setting up notifications

PamFax will notify you about the fax sending progress. You may choose from various options like Skype Chat, SMS and/or E-Mail.

Payment

You pay for each fax easily with your Skype Credit, PayPal or with Amazon Payment*.
With just a few clicks you send your fax!

If you are a frequent user of PamFax, you may also reserve some credit for PamFax so that PamFax can send your faxes right away without asking you to transfer the price for each fax from your Skype Credit, PayPal or pay each fax seperately with Amazon Payments.

You can also subscribe to the PamFax Professional Plan which gives you a discount on page prices. Another good option to save money are the PamFax pre-paid packs, which give you more PamFax Credit then you pay. For example, if you buy the 100 Euro-Pack, you will get 115 Euro added to your PamFax Credit immediately after purchase!

You can assign €1, €2, €5, ..., €10 or €20 from your Skype Credit to faxing or buy any amount of PamFax credit via PayPal or Amazon Payments. That will remove the requirement to pay for each fax individually.
